Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We ship our orders within 24 hours. Our delivery times typically range from 2-5 Business Days.
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order. We ship the order after it is processed.

Please note:
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 100% of your payment to you.
- Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique shipping tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into purepawlabs.com "My Account". Click on "My Order" to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
Incorrect Address and Delivered Package
Address Verification: We rely on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout and cannot verify or alter it post-purchase. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we are here to assist. Our customer service can facilitate the placement of a new order at a reduced price to mitigate your loss; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the current shipping information. Extra charges will be applied in this case.
Note for taxes and customs/import fees outside USA
Our customers are responsible for any importing fees, duties, or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
